Ilyenkor fájdul meg az ember szíve, hogy itt van, és nem ott. Ezt az emailt kaptam az egyik szállítónktól ma reggel:

"Good morning,
Our truck is standing several meters from the loading adress. Because of the snow he can not reach the unloading adress. The driver allready went to the office and ask to the people of the loading adress if they will help him to unload. They refused this. Please ask the customer if they have an forklift so that they can unload this shipment."
